A photographic story for Nowness as part of their Portrait of a Place series. The project, titled A Home in a Stranger, follows my road trip across Greece—an unplanned journey shaped entirely by chance encounters.

The people I met along the way became guides, each interaction offering a window into local Greek culture. Their presence in the photographs now serves as a memory of those spontaneous, meaningful moments.

Throughout the series, I also captured the roadside shrines scattered across the landscape. These small structures became visual anchors in the story—markers of the route I took and quiet symbols of the personal journey I experienced.
